Looking for a chance to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Tec-Source is hiring an apprentice to join our team! We’ve been rocking the Scottish Construction & M&E recruitment scene since 2008, and now we’re ready to expand. With a fresh new office at The Wright Business Centre, we’re on the hunt for a motivated individual to help us meet the growing demand from our clients and candidates.
What you’ll be doing:
- Become a Bullhorn pro! You’ll master our CRM system to update clients, candidates, and placements daily.
- Data wizardry – Input, export, and create reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Post jobs like a pro on the “Portal” and upload timesheets on the “Timesheet Portal.”
- Document formatting using Microsoft Word.
- Stay connected – Use Microsoft Outlook to communicate with clients, candidates, and our team.
- Client visits – Attend meetings at client sites and be the face of Tec-Source!
What we’re looking for:

- Strong computer skills (we’ll help you level up!)
- Reliable and self-motivated – you’ll crush your goals
- Target-driven and eager to make an impact
Working week:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
Salary:
£20,000 per annum.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
