To supervise children in the Dining Room and ensure it is a safe, clean and pleasant place to eat.

The salary advertised is full time (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours / sessional posts will be pro-rated accordingly.

Hourly rate of pay: £12.00 - £12.02

Temporary until 26th June 2025.
This is a 38-week sessional post i.e. working hours will be during school term time only
Days and Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday, 12:00-13:15

Stoneyhill Primary School is a non-denominational primary school situated at the west end of Musselburgh. The school caters for children from ages 5 to 12. There are currently nine classes P1-P7 in school, with a total roll of 199, including some hosted children from the new Craighall School.

Set within a pleasing landscaped area, the main school is of an extremely attractive, semi-open plan design. Eight class bays open onto a central multi-purpose group activity area with an additional 4 closed classrooms, a purpose built nursery, Support for Learning room, resource room, offices, medical room and sports hall. The school is accessible to those with physical disabilities. The school also has a modern kitchen, which enables the pupils to have a packed lunch or a cafeteria hot meal of the day.

There are attractive grounds around the school with a garden.

Closed circuit television and an effective intruder alarm system protect the school.
