DIO - Associate Commercial Lead - Major Projects and Programmes (MPP)

The MPP Commercial team lead the sourcing, procurement and subsequent contract management activity across the full Commercial Life Cycle. This is across an exciting and diverse portfolio of multi-million pound construction Programmes and Projects across the UK Defence Estate.

The MPP team comprises over 25 staff and is divided into five portfolios, each led by a Commercial Lead. As an Associate Commercial Lead, you will lead the creation and implementation of commercial strategies for projects within an existing programme pipeline to provide a resilient and efficient infrastructure across the MOD's estate, to meet project goals, minimising risk and accounting for Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

This involves improving performance through our strategic supplier relationships that are supporting critical operations across our Armed Forces. This is to ensure a professionally handled portfolio of programmes and projects circa £4bn, helping to ensure UK prosperity.
