Full Job Description

Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen or Dublin., As a key member of the Offshore Business Leadership Team, you will oversee the operation of our current offshore fleet and lead the strategy for our future asset portfolio. This includes leading international offshore joint ventures and internal O&M teams. You will manage P&L, set targets, and drive commercial optimisation across various assets.

The Director of Asset Management is accountable for safety leadership, leading and managing the offshore portfolio, strategic execution, developing our great people, commercial investment decisions, and ensuring operational excellence.

Main accountabilities may include:

-Managing the offshore asset portfolio & strategy, ensuring a balance between short-term operations and long-term commercial optimisation.

- Leading and developing teams, focusing on performance and growth.

- Ensuring industry leading operational excellence, readiness and project management for asset integrity and sustainability.

- Overseeing critical commercial decisions related to long-term hedging and asset investments.

Experience leading and motivating large teams in a complex environment, preferably energy or renewables.

- Proven track record in managing a complex asset business and multi-million pound budgets.

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skill's.

- Experience with joint ventures and sitting on JV boards is preferred.

- Knowledge of establishing and/or managing operational businesses internationally is desirable
