Full Job Description

Director of Security, Estates and Resilience

Salary - Executive Grade D, £81,606 - £104,546 plus high secure environmental allowance of £1,679.10 per annum (pro rata)

Contract Type -Permanent

Hours - 37.5

This is an outstanding opportunity for an inspiring individual and strategic thinker with the ability to earn the confidence and respect necessary to bring about real change. You will have demonstrable outstanding leadership qualities with vision, drive, passion and intellect as well as a broad range of strategic and professional skills.

Your approach will role model our values, as you lead a successful team as in tackling new challenges and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the continued development and evolution of a number of critical services, including Security, Estates and our Resilience Team.

You must have significant experience at a senior level, with a proven track record of delivery and of leading and implementing change. Knowledge and experience of high secure environments is also essential.

Participation in the senior manager on-call rota is a requirement of the role.
