Full Job Description

  • Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive strategies across the sectors to drive growth across our face to face and direct channels, including working with key partners across BCB, and conducting analysis into targeted sector insights.

  • Drive and oversee the creation and deployment of sophisticated marketing campaigns tailored to each sector, ensuring strong market presence and brand recognition to promote our propositions across each sector.

  • Plan and run sector specific client events, ensuring high engagement and successful outcomes through the fostering of strong relationships

  • Own and manage budgets for sector initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.

  • Lead comprehensive market analysis to stay ahead of trends, identify new opportunities, and respond proactively to shifts in the competitive landscape of each sector.

  • Identify and evaluate potential investment prospects and opportunities in our various sectors, understanding how best we can meet client needs across our BCB client base and collaborating closely with relevant parties to ensure cohesive and aligned execution of sector strategies.

  • Effectively communicate the proposition and our key initiatives through proposals, business cases and presentations.

  • The Sector Propositions team sits within Relationship Management Direct, a remote relationship channel, which proactively supports clients and helps them to grow.
