Full Job Description

Royal London currently have openings for Performance Data Managers to join them and be responsible for enhancing the analysis and reporting capability in the Distribution function, supporting Distribution strategy to increase the number of productive, sustainable relationships Royal London has with advice firms. The Distribution Performance Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the distribution strategy by creating actionable insight that allows us to identify and be targeted on where we deploy resources to maximise available opportunities. About the role

  • Design and develop actionable insight through linking distribution needs, pain point and opportunities to the data and analysis.
  • Provide insights to grow relationships or improve the effectiveness of the distribution teams.
  • Support communication of the distribution trading performance.
  • Lead panel development and target setting process for distribution teams, delivering annual panel update and target setting.
  • Be a champion of Power BI within distribution and support continuous enhancement of MI delivery through the transition of all MI delivery onto Power BI.
  • Be the SME for key distribution projects and influence project teams to ensure projects support enhanced performance.

    Proven experience in a similar role, using data and producing insights at a high level
  • High level of expertise in data analysis and excellent understanding of how to present information for maximum understanding and impact.
  • Excellent Excel skills with Power BI experience preferable.
  • Ability to think strategically and have foresight to identify emerging opportunities and threats
  • Be a leader within the team and support development of other colleagues
  • Experience in Financial Services is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
