The Document Control Specialist is responsible for receiving, managing, and transmitting company, supplier and customer documentation throughout the service delivery process.

As a Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing Document Control shared mailbox (Microsoft Outlook).

  • Managing Document Control activities within company DC system (Oracle Unifier), administer documents through system as per process.

  • Adhering to and supporting improvement of company DC processes and procedures.

  • Collaborating with supplier and customer DC and quality teams.

  • Working as part of a team and manage workload.

  • Supporting sourcing manager with review of pending document review activities.

  • Supporting project and MRB (Manufacturing Record Book) teams with administrative tasks related to MRB, CoC (Certificate of Conformity, Trace Sheets, and document archives (digital and physical).

    Have proven experience in Document Control.
