Your New Role

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for

  • Managing and maintaining all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
  • Ensuring that all documents are properly filed, stored, and easily accessible.
  • Implementing and maintaining document control processes and procedures.
  • Reviewing and updating documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Distribute documents to relevant project team members and stakeholders.
  • Tracking and managing document versions and revisions.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is in compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Providing training and support to project team members on document control processes.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth document flow.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller.
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in document management software - Viewpoint (Needed).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
