The role: Dog Grooming Manager Demonstrating your expertise and knowledge daily in all aspects of grooming - bathing/ shampooing and drying, checking, and cleaning paws, pads, eyes, ears, nails, tear stain removal, de-matting, clipping and scissor finish, furminating, hand-stripping and brushing. Delivering the best service, exceeding expectations in animal welfare standards whilst adhering to health and safety policies. Ensuring that our clients enjoy a positive, memorable and rewarding spa experience exceeding customers' expectation by bringing 'Pet Perfect Service' to life within the store, and beyond... Managing the bookings and business management tasks, such as budgeting and maintaining high operational standards as well as managing a small team and helping to develop their skills and knowledge.

Dog Grooming Manager - Stirling - The Jolly Groomer (Jollyes The Pet People). £25k p.a. + uncapped commission c£6k p.a.. If you're an experienced Dog Groomer who's had experience of managing a groomer salon, looking to join a great team in an award-winning employer, with all facilities and equipment provided - and lots of additional colleague benefits, read on!, We are seeking someone with a fun personality, who is great at interacting with pets and people (both customers and colleagues), using your leadership experience to train and develop your groom team, creating a great working environment, sharing your knowledge and experience and upholding our Jolly Groomer standards. You will need previous experience in a similar management role, managing the booking process (training given on our system), maintaining high salon standards of cleanliness and presentation, customer service and legal compliance / Health & Safety / groom standards and pet care. Industry qualification - Level 3 or substantial experience managing a dog grooming operation. Confidence in handling all breeds of dogs in a safe manner, remaining calm and reassuring when a dog may be displaying nervous or challenging behaviours Excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with customers and their pets daily. Most of all you must be able to offer the highest levels of customer service and be a great example for your team. Flexible to cover shifts - 5 out of 7 days. Full time, permanent position - 40 hours per week. Please note: This is not a training role, we are looking for a fully experienced dog grooming manager who can work within a busy team and on their own when needed.
