Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Consultant - Home Based

As a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Consultant you will use Power Platform to contribute to the success of TSG and our customers. In the D365/Power Platform Practice we do more than just implement systems; we understand our customers' businesses and make a difference by using innovative technology to find elegant solutions across the value chain. You will cover all aspects of Consultancy for our external customers, from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation and training., + Analyse business requirements
+ Make recommendations to customers within the product stack based on the needs of the customers' business taking into account commercial viability
+ Write documentation to high standard
+ Implement and configure solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
+ Conduct user training
+ Self-manage projects
+ Assist in post go-live support as required
+ Travel will be required as part of this role

+ Full UK driving licence is essential
+ Relevant Microsoft certifications in relation to D365 CE and Power Platform
+ Experience in a D365 CE / Power Platform Consultancy
+ Implemented or supported multiple D365 CE system projects
+ Functional and/or technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D36 CE, Power Platform and associated products and technologies
+ Expert knowledge of projects and product life cycle
+ Excellent communication skills and business acumen
+ Team focussed
+ Self-starter with a proactive approach to work
+ Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent organisational skills
+ Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging situations
