Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing team at Oh Polly. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our online store, focusing heavily on improving conversion rates and driving revenue. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional online customer experience while working closely with various teams to boost our e-commerce performance., Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, driving sales across our online platforms.
  • Analyze website performance and user journey to identify friction points, proposing and executing improvements to boost conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing, data analysis, and user behavior research to refine the customer experience.
  • E-commerce Trading & Performance Monitoring:
  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring optimal product presentation, pricing, and availability.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and cart abandonment, to inform decision-making and enhance sales performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor traffic, bounce rates, and customer interaction, leveraging insights to implement improvements.
  • Merchandising & Content Optimization:
  • Collaborate with content and merchandising teams to ensure product listings, descriptions, and visual assets are optimized for conversions.
  • Manage promotional campaigns, banners, and other visual elements to ensure an on-brand customer experience that drives engagement and sales.
  • Digital Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work alongside the digital marketing team to align paid campaigns, SEO, and email marketing with e-commerce goals, maximizing the impact on conversion.
  • Assist in executing marketing activities that promote new product launches, collections, and promotions effectively.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement:
  • Optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience from landing page to checkout.
  • Monitor and refine user experience, addressing potential barriers to purchasing and ensuring a smooth payment process.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the product, design, and IT teams to implement changes that improve website performance and customer experience.
  • Support the marketing and creative teams in building an effective strategy for product launches and sales campaigns.

    Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • CRO Expertise: Strong understanding of CRO practices with a track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and tools for tracking performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and drive actionable results for improving online performance.
  • Customer Focused: Strong understanding of consumer behavior and best practices for a high-converting customer journey.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Fashion Industry: Passionate about fashion with a good understanding of the Oh Polly brand and its target audience.
