The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen to join our Early Years team to deliver a high-quality, creative and stimulating learning environment for the children of the St Aloysius’ College Junior school.
How you will make an impact
As part of the Early Learning Child Care team, you will work with parents, carers and outside agencies to ensure the individual needs of the children and their families are fully met and the welfare and development of every child is a priority. You will also design, produce and plan creative and challenging activities which are varied, fun and which meet the emotional, social and physical needs of our children whilst ensuring their health & safety at all times.
What you need to succeed
An HNC or SVQ level 3 qualification in Early Education and Childcare or equivalent/Higher is essential and you must meet the standards for SSSC registration. You will have a knowledge of current issues in education and social legislation, particularly in relation to early years and childcare and a have a commitment to personal growth and development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also key to this role.
