Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday.
Salary: £35,019 - £36,023 annually.

An exciting opportunity has arisen which requires a self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills who will lead the delivery of administrative support to the Head of Service Support and Operations team, leading and providing specialist advice and support in line with predetermined procedures, instructions and standards to support the effective provision of the service.
You will undertake a wide range of duties in accordance with statutory and predetermined procedures, often working with sensitive information and adhering to tight deadlines and agreed performance targets. You will be involved in dealing with, and providing advice to, elected members, senior officers, both internal and external, as well as other stakeholders, therefore, it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles of customer care.
You will be required to demonstrate excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams.
This role demands that you work in a highly professional manner, always exercising confidentiality and discretion and that you are able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
