Full Job Description
- To provide a full electrical service to Upkeep ensuring that all work carried out complies with relevant building regulations and legal requirements
- To work with, or as directed by the Recycling Manager and other line managers in the operation of reactive repairs
- Assist, advise an co-operate with Upkeep staff as required to ensure the effective operation of reactive maintenance
- Carry out electrical repairs and installations as required
- Re-wire houses as required
- Be responsible for notifying line manager when it is necessary to order/purchaser stock as necessary
- To work in a safe manner following the Health & Safety rules, and to undergo specific Health & Safety training when required
- To assist with other works duties as required for the successful operation of the business
