Responsible for carrying out PPM & reactive tasks across Aberdeenshire
Carrying our reactive repairs within SLA times
Providing support to the PPM team and repairs
Must be competent in fault finding and carrying out PPM tasks
Lighting installation and repairs
Using NICEIC software for certification
Surveying sites and identifying any potential project works
Works mainly in schools and sheltered housing sites
Compliance with contractual requirements.
Client satisfaction and the quality of service provided.
Responsibility for the undertaking and execution of all operations under their remit and reporting directly to the Operations Manager
Ensuring the company systems are implemented in a manner, which fully complies with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance.
Ensuring, demonstrate, review and monitor compliance, to meet the expectation and needs of the Client, the quality and organisational goals of the company and satisfy the requirements of BS EN IS0 9001:2000
Monitoring and professional oversight of works as directed by their line manager to ensure satisfactory quality levels.
Developing the competency of them through a commitment to continuing professional development.
Participation in a 24 hour 7 day per week on call service
