Electrician - Repairs & EICRs / Rems

We are an extremely fast paced 24/7 Multi-Trade contracting company, the role will be based in and around the Borders region (Selkirk and beyond). We operate within Social Housing i.e. Housing Associations and Councils.

Ideally the individual will be familiar with Social Housing, but must be experienced in EICRs and general repairs. The candidate must be able to undertake a variety of differing repair and installation jobs and the following are but an example of this expectation:

- EICRs - Electrical Inspection/Testing (Must be 18th Edition and fully competent on all electrical certifications)

- Domestic remedials from EICRs, general electrical alterations within peoples homes.

- Domestic Fault finding / electrical reactive repairs (You will be assigned to repair works, under stringent KPIs set from our Social Housing customers)

Please note: There will be a requirement for occasional Out of Hours/Overtime "To get the job over the line" and note leave a customer without essential needs. Further note you will be put on an ON-CALL Rota (approximately 1 in 4) for this role.
