Employer Engagement Consultant (Learning & Development)

JBM is delighted to be recruiting a highly motivated Employer Engagement Consultant to join our established and experienced marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new recruits in the learning and development landscape by working with employers and learners to find the most appropriate Modern Apprenticeship framework for them.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities and a deep commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

- Identify new business through research, networking and a comprehensive existing database

- Develop and maintain a pipeline

- Collaborate with internal teams

- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and employers

- Provide regular reports on activities and pipeline

Preferred Experience:

- Proven track record in a business development, recruitment, sales or Learning & Development role

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to build rapport with learners, employers and colleagues

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for quality

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission. JBM also offers a flexible approach to hybrid working which is tailored to the needs of the individual.

Pay: OTE £43,000 per annum
