Join an industry-leading Employment Team in Scotland as an Employment Solicitor. This role is ideal for newly qualified solicitors up to 2 years PQE, offering a supportive and collaborative environment with comprehensive training and opportunities for progression.

Day-to-day of the role:

Engage in litigation and provide legal advice to a broad range of clients.
Participate in advocacy on behalf of clients.
Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to handle a diverse range of employment law cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ - 2 years PQE).
Must have completed at least 1 seat in Employment Law, ideally dealing with both litigation and advisory matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
