An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Equipment Asset Manager to join Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s community equipment, stairlifts and track hoist service, which operates on behalf of multiple local authorities throughout Scotland and Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS.

Reporting directly to the Stores Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist professional and technical advice on asset management and compliance in relation to installation, repair, servicing, thorough examination, removal and recycling of community equipment, stairlifts, access lifts, track hoist systems and telecare to all areas of the operation.

You will ensure accurate asset management records are maintained, as well as be competent and compliant with the relevant Health and Safety regulations and standards, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and examined appropriately and within the necessary timescales through effective scheduling.

As the Equipment Asset Manager, you will identify procedural and training requirements, whilst managing suppliers/contractors to ensure services are delivered to the highest standards.

You will be a motivated individual with excellent IT and leadership skills and have the ability to manage performance and productivity levels of an Assistant Equipment Asset Manager.
