- Manage employee relations within a heavily unionised environment, working closely with 3 prominent unions.
- Update and develop policies in line with employment law and best practices.
- Handle a varied ER caseload, including absence and performance management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Provide clear, detailed reports and data analysis to senior management.
- Coach and train managers on ER matters.
