ERP Systems Administrator (IFS)

Working closely with the CIO of this international energy business, this newly created role will see you provide ongoing IFS system administration and support to a number of users in different locations!

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main IFS ERP system Subject Matter Expert.
• Closely collaborate with contractors, vendors, and development teams to find solutions for some problems that can't be fixed internally.
• Build and maintain productive working connections with suppliers and end consumers.
• Uphold the ERP system's security administration and guarantee that users have the right amount of access to the right functionality.
• Create and update a knowledge base with end users' best practices.
• Write and update the staff user handbook.
• Support the management of master data.
• Meet all Service Level Agreements and react quickly to end user and management demands.
• Examine software programme problems and choose the best line of action to enhance functionalities.
• Assist end customers around-the-clock in collaboration with an outside service desk.
• Oversee the testing, installation, and assessment of new and updated software components.
• Communicate with the software providers about any problems maintaining or fixing bugs in the programme.
• Test and assess the supplier's new product features.
• Take part in regular meetings about key IT operational systems and the ERP system.

This role would be particularly well suited to you if you can show previous experience in a similar role, especially with a solid understanding of P2P and CMMS processes in an IFS environment.
