Full Job Description

An excellent new opening for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join a market leader in their Glasgow sales team!


Our client is one of the most successful high end property agents in the West of Scotland and due to continued growth in 2024 are looking to recruit, this is a fantastic career move that can you offer superb earnings and the chance to work alongside an experienced team selling some fantastic properties.


Superb uncapped earnings of £35-40k with a basic salary around £26k + benefits package. Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.


Key duties will include:


  • Managing your own caseload of properties – acting as the main contact for clients on all side, building strong relationships through excellent customer
  • Overseeing property marketing, viewings co-ordination and carrying out all follow up work
  • Advising clients of market values through strong geographical knowledge and experience of the local property market.
  • Guiding clients through the property purchasing procedure and process
  • Negotiating purchase price on behalf of clients.
  • Guiding clients with offering price in order to be successful in closing date situations.
  • Compiling written offers for submission on behalf of clients.
  • Managing transactions to completion, carrying out appropriate cross selling and securing new business opportunities whenever possible
  • Building strong business relationship with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors.
  • All connected administrative tasks, working as a team player alongside colleagues and ensuring business targets and KPI’s are met

Candidates for this role should have proven property sales experience, a commitment to top class customer service and have the ability to manage and deliver property sales across varying property types and sometimes more complex cases.
