Events Administrator x 2: Scottish Gymnastics

We are looking for two events administrator role to join our enthusiastic team and bring with them a range of skills to help us deliver our domestic competition programme, working alongside our discipline event officers. This will include planning and coordinating gymnastics competition events, accommodation, and catering, assisting with the event programmes for all event officials and volunteers, supporting with the online entry administration and entry tracking, and budget management. Although primarily an office-based role the successful candidates will be required to work at occasional events during weekends.

If you have experience of providing administrative support in a previous role, ideally delivering events, are organised, with a high attention to detail, this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will be customer driven with an excellent telephone manner and be able to manage their own workload.

Candidates will require strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to work on their own initiative. Candidates will need sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the internet. A prior knowledge of gymnastics would be advantageous.

Days of work: Monday - Friday, and occasional weekend work at our events

Hybrid working eligible: Office based full time for at least six months with the option to review hybrid eligibility

Salary: £23,400
