Are you an experienced Events Coordinator looking for an exciting new opportunity within a fast-paced Sales and Marketing company?


Skyeline Marketing is part of one of the UK’s largest sales and marketing organisations whose network of offices span across 11 different UK and Irish cities. We are an essential part of our client’s customer/supporter acquisition channels within the Telecoms, Home Efficiency and Fundraising sectors, and we collectively bring on board around 100,000 new customers every single year. We are not a call centre or email marketing company, proudly, every single one of those 100,000 customers are brought on board via face-to-face conversations, which is far more personal for the customer and creates amazing brand awareness for our clients.


We are currently looking for an experienced Events Coordinator to help support our administration team, with their main focus being on booking Event Spaces and In Store Promotional settings for our Sales Representatives who work with our Events Sales and Marketing Team.


The ideal candidate must be:


  • Looking for a full-time role
  • Available Monday – Friday
  • Able to commute daily to Glasgow City Centre (Please note, this is an office-based role, no hybrid or remote working)

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Experience with outbound and/or inbound calls
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Problem Solving ability
