Collaborating with marketing and public relations teams to develop event concepts, set budgets, and establish deadlines.
Managing event budgets, invoicing, and logistics.
Sourcing and negotiating with vendors to ensure quality services.
Overseeing event promotions, communications, and branding.
Supervising caterers, junior event coordinators, and security teams.
Resolving guest inquiries and issues promptly.
Approving all event activities.
Preparing detailed reports and presenting event summaries to management.

Carry a deep understanding of wedding and event planning, as well as hotel operations.
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have strong organizational and time management abilities.
Haveapassion for creating exceptional events and exceeding guest expectations.
Be vailable for part-time work (15-20 hours/week) with flexible shifts to accommodate company needs."
