Executive Assistant (Hybrid)

Search are hiring for an established Executive Assistant, with great communication and organisations skills to join a legal firm. The successful individual will be responsible for extensive diary management, supporting the partner and team to complete all tasks efficiently, accurately and on time.

Mon - Fri:

  • 09:00 - 17:00
  • 35 hours

Main duties include:

  • Prioritise and direct multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Create and manage appointments, arranges meeting rooms, tracks responses and organises refreshments if required
  • Proactive e-mail management of personal and shared inboxes
  • Extensive travel and accommodation arrangements for lawyers organising all aspects of travel and anticipating necessary documentation required
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of current affairs in office
  • Liaise with clients and third parties via e-mail, phone or in person, ensuring that accurate messages are communicated and dealt with professionally and proactively

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills and confident in dealing with people at all levels
  • Presents a professional image to clients and other external organisations at all times
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications
  • Accurate and competent in document production including formatting and presentation
