Executive Head Housekeeper (Dual Site)

As our new Executive Head Housekeeper, you'll be the driving force behind housekeeping at both hotels - leading, inspiring and overseeing the two Head Housekeepers and their wider teams. You'll take ownership of housekeeping standards across both sites and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll split your time between the two hotels, champion standards, ensure smooth operations, manage training, stock control and rotas, and support the team in hitting department targets. • Leadership - You'll already have experience in a senior housekeeping role, managing large teams and supporting line managers.
• Organisation - You're on top of your game with planning, prioritising, and keeping things running like clockwork.

• Communication - You'll be confident working across two teams, engaging with other departments and building a strong culture.
