Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Support Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to our executives and senior management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, arranging travel, conducting research, preparing reports, and handling confidential information for our executive team. They will also play a large part in assisting the Office Support Manager in ensuring operational standards are met across our corporate office. You'll have opportunity to play an integral part in the organisation of some of our off site meetings a large scale events and be the face of our business, welcoming visitors to our Glasgow head office. This is a part time flexible role and ideal for those looking to balance outside of work commitments, with a professional position that gives you a place to grow and succeed. What do we need from you?

  • We're looking for you to have proven experience as an Executive Support Assistant or in a similar administration role
  • You'll have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Your ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines should come as second nature with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion at all times
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software are must haves, as this role will see you compile large ammounts of data and collate essential documentation and correspondance.
