We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Support Assistant (Administrator) to join our Edinburgh office.

The team and the role

The Executive Support Assistant (ESA) team provide support to fee earners across the firm with administrative tasks such as client and matter opening, archiving, photocopying, scanning, bundle preparation, binding etc. Under normal circumstances, ESAs, are predominantly office based and primarily support fee earners in their own office. However, they work centrally and collectively together supporting fee earners as a team across the business. Workflow for the ESA team is supervised by two Workflow Coordinators.

Our Executive Support Assistants are highly skilled and distinguished by technical excellence with a willingness to embrace team working and a desire to provide excellent client service. They are organised, flexible in their approach to managing workloads, confident with their work and are closely aligned with the vision, values and objectives of the people they support across the business.

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role of some description (ideally within the professional services sector)

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite

  • Excellent communication skills and being able to utilise them via different methods such as emails, phone calls and letters
