Executry Paralegal

FinTech RS are supporting our client, an established legal firm based in Aberdeen, to recruit for an Executry Paralegal to join their Private Client team. This role is a full time, permanent role (35 hours per week) based in their Aberdeen office.

Key responsibilities in this role:

‍

·       Providing support to fellow staff with the Executry department including handling transactions and seeing these transactions through to closure

·       Managing all aspects of Executry administration

·       Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders providing end to end support for a smooth process for executors and beneficiaries

·       Preparing and submitting required documentation for review

Experience required:

·       Previous experience as a Executry Paralegal is essential for this role

·       Previous experience working in a private client department is also key for this role

·       Strong communications skills, a good work ethic and the ability to work under pressure

·       Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential

·       Experience with Case Management systems is desirable
