Experienced Arable & Sprayer Operator

Due to business restructure and the formation of a new company, a job opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated individual, with a can- do attitude, to join a forward-thinking family farming business in North Northumberland.

The role will cover all aspects of crop production, spraying, cultivations, drilling, telehandler work and preferably workshop skills.

The business benefits from a modern fleet of machinery, working within a small team the right candidate will need to be self-motivated and organised with good attention to detail. PA1 & 2 along with previous experience is essential, computer literacy and experience of modern technology is desirable.

The position is full time, with overtime required in busy periods.

A competitive package is offered depending on experience, including housing, and or an allowance if required.
