The Role: 

We are excited to partner with Donaldson Trust to recruit for a new role - External Training Lead. This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious and driven to join a forward-thinking organisation. The role involves managing the Connect training and development, consultancy, and advice service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of the Connect service.
  • Be the first point of contact for all Connect enquiries and bookings.
  • Design, plan, deliver, and manage training programmes, workshops, and consultancy support.
  • Develop resources to support neuro-inclusion and excellent EDI practice.
  • Build and maintain relationships with associate trainers and consultants.
  • Promote a digital learning culture with high-quality online content.
  • Champion neuro-inclusion both externally and internally.
  • Lead and coordinate events, projects, and campaigns.
  • Manage and analyse data to improve services and inform decisions.

About You:

  • Experience in leading, designing, and delivering learning and development projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to pitch new business and upsell services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion best practices, including neurodiversity.
  • Confident public speaker with a passion for inclusion.
  • High level of digital proficiency.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
