F&B Breakfast Supervisor Full Time 35 hours Were looking for a passionate and committed F&B Breakfast Supervisor to join our award-winning team at Hotel Indigo, Staybridge Suites, Daisy Tasker and Eighteen22 Were on the hunt for an exceptional supervisor to join our already amazing night team, we have 2 stunning 4-star hotels just on the outskirts of Dundee City Centre, a stone's throw to the V&A and many more attractions. The role can be mixed, varied and change daily but that is what hospitality is all about… Our entry hourly rate is £12.13 experience is essential within hospitality/restaurant experience you will have a can-do attitude mixed with a great chatty personality. If this is you, we want to hear from you! We offer, private health care for free! Goes without saying that all tips are distributed directly to the team. Were moving from strength to strength and looking to add to our already amazing team! Mixture of shifts average daily shifts are 6am to 2pm (overtime may be available), we have two breakfast operations that cater for up to 350 daily covers. Staybridge suites is our home away from home, long stay apartments. Hotel Indigo is a 4 star full service operation. We have some great plans over the next year and need some strong key players to help us execute! Scope of role: To work along side with our Restaurant Manager and Supervisor to provide great service while controlling the bottom line. Looking after our guests, ensuring a memorable experience is had. To take charge of a "key" area to build up your skill set and knowledge. To work within the F&B management team to deliver high standards of stock management cost control and delivery of restaurant budgets. The scope of our role is part of the day job, were looking for someone to help push our guest measures to the next level! This is a hands-on role and experience within a similar role is essential. This may even be your first Supervisory role, but if you have hospitality experience, we want to hear from you.
