Fabric Engineer

he Fabric Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of building fabrics across our client portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of building structures, materials, and construction techniques.,

• Conduct building fabric surveys and assessments
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for building exteriors and structures
• Manage fabric-related projects, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project teams
• Provide technical advice and solutions for complex fabric issues
• Manage budgets and resources for fabric maintenance and improvement projects
• Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and best practices in building fabric management
  
  Proven experience in building fabric management and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and relevant regulations
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, project management software)
