Are you super organised and enjoy meeting new people? We're looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our team! As a Facilities Administrator at Sopra Steria, you'll be a part of a small and friendly facilities team within an office that has a family feel. You'll welcome visitors to the office and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace environment for our employees. You'll be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role is part time, Monday to Wednesday (23 hours per week) and based in our Edinburgh office. What you'll be doing:
- As the first point of contact, you'll welcome and sign in visitors.
- Supervise stock levels for kitchen and office supplies.
- Book courier collections for IT equipment and taking in deliveries.
- Carry out Health & Safety checks across the office.
- Arrange catering and setting up meeting rooms for events.
- General administration duties. What you'll bring:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Able to manage own workload and work independently.
- Confident with using Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word etc.
- Administration or Reception experience.
