Post Title: Facilities Assistant 2
Location: Charleston Academy
Hours: 25 Hours Per Week 
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £14,968 - £16,470 per annum

This post is working Monday-Thursday 5-10pm and Friday 2-7pm/5-10pm.  The role covers a range of building checks, security and cleaning.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To assist the Area Facilities Supervisor / Team leader in the provision of an effective Facilities Management Service with regards to property management, building access and egress, maintenance, health & safety and cleaning activities.
