Full Job Description

A multi-functional role, intended to provide support to the sites Facilities Managers in the delivery of day-to-day Facilities Management (FM) services. Working as part of a team and on their own initiative, the post holder will work to provide an excellent level of customer service for the client and assist in all aspects of delivering high quality FM services.

The role will include (but not limited to) the following areas of FM activity, including administration duties, organising maintenance tasks, ensuring effective customer service, dealing with stakeholders, dispute/conflict resolution, work order management, management of contractors and other third party service providers, production of FM related reports, assisting with small projects, and the management, administration and co-ordination of daily FM requirements.

The role

  • Reporting to the Facilities Manager


  • Provide effective and efficient administrative compliance support for the contract


  • Identify client requirements through e-mail and work order requests


  • Raise and manage to completion PPM and reactive work orders in the Corrigo System to deliver KPIs - Training Provided


  • Produce quotations, chase approvals and arrange for work to be carried out via raising purchase orders to subcontractors and arranging for access to the Site.


  • To prepare reports and documents as required and maintain confidentiality at all times


  • To work alongside the management team to provide support as required on the contract

    Experience in a similar role providing effective administration support


  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written


  • Able to work as both part of a team and autonomously


  • Must have good IT skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365, Outlook etc.


  • Understand or have a working knowledge of statutory and non-statutory maintenance tasks.


  • Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment


  • Ability to identify, interrogate and resolve problems.


  • Able to work using your own initiative and with a degree of independence.
