What You'll Be Doing:
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including proactive maintenance, asset management, and project coordination for upgrades, repairs, and new equipment installations.
- Budget Management & Reporting: Oversee budgets, seek cost-saving opportunities, and generate essential monthly reports, all while keeping an eye on financial performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets high compliance standards, implementing safety practices and regulatory standards across the site.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Build strong partnerships with both internal and external clients and vendors, managing performance and ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded.
What You Bring:
- Leadership Skills: With 3-5 years in facilities management or related fields, you bring energy, organisation, and strong client-focused skills.
- Communication & Collaboration: A natural communicator who can build relationships, address issues quickly, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Technical & Financial Knowledge: You're confident with budgeting, safety compliance, and know your way around critical facilities systems.
- Innovative Approach: A proactive thinker who's always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
