Factory / Intake Quality Assurance

For this role we will be operating a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12hr Shifts)., The duties for the role include:

• Ensuring that product quality and food safety processes comply with specified requirements.


• Supporting the QA Manager to deliver improvement in your areas of responsibility and across the site.


• Communicate with shift managers, production staff and other relevant departments to ensure positive food safety and quality.


• Reinforce good manufacturing practices (GMP) and technical policies by advising staff on best practices.


• Monitor and escalate any changes to quality or working practises to comply with the company specifications and procedures using the Factory Escalation Process.


• Accountable for all elements involved in the checking /signing of labels. To ensure labels have been printed correctly, within specification & meeting the appropriate label check forms' criteria in alignment with procedures.

The applicant
Previous experience in Quality Control required. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, work well in a team and be organised. There will be a large amount of paperwork, therefore a good level of English is required for this particular role.
Essential requirements include:


• Can speak and read English.


• Must have their own transport.


• Basic computer skills


• Must be able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
