Full Job Description
- To assist the HR team with the training and development of personnel where appropriate, including the maintenance of the herd's skill's matrix.
- Deliver generic training material (e.g., onboarding/induction, etc.) to ensure that key procedures, rules, and entitlements are clear.
- To assist H&S with the recording of inspection logs.
- To maintain defect reports and log defects with necessary parties.
- To liaise with H&S function to organise annual fire extinguisher servicing to ensure compliance with regulations.
- To liaise with H&S function to organise annual EICR and PAT testing to ensure compliance with regulations.
- To act as first point of contact for visitors on site.
- To organise quotes with farm suppliers and liaise with the Finance Department when issuing related Purchase Orders.
- To assist Breeding Herd Manager in collating and tracking costs and farm spending.
- To undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities that may be required.
Strong IT skills are required for this role - Experience of working in an agriculture environment would be an advantage
- Experience in an administrative role is desirable for this role.

This role will involve supporting the Breeding Herd Manager with the day-to-day administration of critical business function's. These functions include Human Resources, Health & Safety and Accounting operations.
This is a full time role with a requirement for 5 days per week (Monday- Friday) 0800 - 1630
Pay: £12.85 per hour
