The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a passionate & experienced Farm Manager to take charge of our dairy, youngstock & land-based operations. If you thrive on challenges, love leading teams, and have a hands-on approach to farming, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all farm operations – livestock, grass production, land use
• Develop & implement strategic farm management plans
• Lead, train & motivate farm staff
• Monitor budgets & financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental regulations
• Implement modern, sustainable farming techniques
• Analyse farm performance data to drive continuous improvement
