Following appointment on multiple, exciting large scale hotel projects, Interior Design Studio Bell&Swift are recruiting.
Are you ready to progress and elevate your career while working as part of a team to create exceptional hospitality spaces? We’re looking for an ambitious, talented individual to join our Glasgow City Centre Studio as an FF&E Procurement Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and source FF&E products that align with project specifications, design concepts, and budgets.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with brand and company standards.
- Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with our team, our clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of FF&E items into overall project plans.
- Logistics Oversight: Coordinate shipping, delivery schedules, and installation processes to meet project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify all FF&E items meet required standards and design intent.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Requirements:

- Proven experience in FF&E procurement, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong understanding of design, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and tools (e.g. Excel]).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with international sourcing and logistics is a plus.
- Clear communication within our team, and with our clients and partners.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
