Field Organiser

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Field Organiser. The post-holder will be responsible for all aspects of Labour Party organisation and campaigning within a number of electorally important areas, as determined by the Regional Director.

The successful candidate will have; Knowledge and understanding of the Party organisation at branch, constituency and regional level; Experience of organising a campaign; Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and to deliver work to agreed deadlines; and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and motivate others.

Salary: £31,307.46 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,127. There is the ability to progress to £35,156.82 over the next 3 years., We offer a variety of benefits for our employees that include;
