Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Field ServiceEngineer - Distributed Control Systems to join us at Honeywell, in the NorthWest, where you will be responsible for performing maintenance,audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, andmigration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS,TPS/TDC300). Your time will be spent validating customer requests, developing, maintaining,improving customer relationships, upgrades, migration planning and execution,all while ensuring Right and Fast Delivery. This is a field-based role coveringclients in Peterborough and surrounding areas.

  • Promote the LSS (Life Cycle Service & Support) business and drive the Services business growth and profitability with customer satisfaction and safety record

  • Delivery of the support services to customers respecting global standards and processes

  • Comprehend customer needs and resolve issues through technical knowledge

  • Knows customer's site and contacts and uses Honeywell support network to provide excellent service and quality to customer

  • Focuses on Customer growth and development and identify service business opportunities in the customers' installed base

    Previous experience within service engineering and distributed control systems engineering

  • Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, in addition to Hiway, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, and Hiway equipment along with PC/Networking experience

  • Awareness of electronic systems (installation / configuration / implementation)

  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer handling skills

  • Full UK Driving License
