Our rich history is built on decades of experience, teamwork and outstanding performance… and our future is built on people like you!Overall Purpose of the Job Supervise teams across UK operations to complete the running of equipment on and offshore ensuring successful, safe operations in accordance with Company procedures, ensuring a quality service to Client.Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Supervise operations and allocate tasks to team ensuring safe completion of task
• Ensure checks are carried out on all equipment for their compliance, checking they are technically correct for the operation being carried out
• Carry out and ensure participation from the team in toolbox talks & planning meetings
• Ensure that site support requirements are planned & executed to facilitate continuous operations
• Liaise with Client representatives in a professional manner to maintain continuous quality of service
• Actively mentor subordinates & share knowledge to assist with their competency progression when required
• Actively comply with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies & procedures. Promote HSE awareness, taking responsibility & being accountable for own safety & the safety of others in daily performance & always following the 10 Safety House Rules
• May be required to work at onshore basis in the preparation/return of equipment & report preparation
  
  Technical knowledge gained through completion of competency for grade
• Formal technical qualification
• Extensive work related technical experience (essential)
• Previous team leader/supervisor experience (essential)
