Full Job Description
Job objectives and responsibilities
-Control of finance budgets set to meet College requirements.
-Control of finance budgets set to meet MITIE's requirements.
-Control of invoicing to College for Overtime, Materials, Projects & MTC.
-Assist FM on financial reporting to college.
-Recording & logging incoming office financial information, invoices etc.
-Liaise with college on NSR invoicing as required.
-Financial control within Mitie of College invoices.
-Verification of Mitie Invoices.
-Office administration and procedures.
-Undertake any additional tasks issued as and when required by Line Manager
Main duties
-Control of purchase orders raised and invoices received for the College.
-Verification of MTFM supplier invoices.
-Dealing with contractor / supplier queries for both College & MTFM.
-Manage office administration and procedures.
-Accurate reporting of utilities
-Support of full estate financial administrative duties.
-Overseeing P-card receipts and applications for payments
Time management skills
-Commercial awareness
-Planning skills
-Customer care/relationship building skills - Communication skills required
-Ability to manage change successfully - Able to accept changes within prodedures
