Finance Assistant
Paisley
Salary - £27k
Monday to Friday
12 month FTC (MAT COVER)
Start - September 2024 - 1.30pm finish on a Friday (potential flex on hours too!)

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Paisley to hire a Finance Assistant on a 12 month FTC.
Duties
- Accurate processing and reviewing of a high volume of supplier invoices within payment terms.
- Reconciling supplier statements – accurately reconciling payments and invoices for suppliers to ensure the month end process runs as smoothly as possible. A high number of statements must be fully reconciled at month end.
- Investigating supplier queries and queries from multiple sites within the business.
- Chasing supplier invoices and credit notes timely and effectively.
- Assisting the finance team with customer enquiries and allocations.
- Assisting with supplier payment runs.
- General Administration duties.
- Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries effectively.
Interviews will be held next week.
