Finance Assistant

Erskine

Monday to Friday

Ongoing temp to potential permanent

Start - ASAP (great client and hiring manager!)

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Erskine to hire a Finance Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis.

This role is to support and work with the Financial Accounting Manager in ensuring that key deliverables are achieved.

Duties will include:

Chasing outstanding debts via phone and email
Cash allocation
Purchase Ledger
Allocation of all monies received
Dealing with all credit control queries
Producing reports in relation to normal work duties within the team
Liaising with various departments

To be successful, you will have a good eye for detail, be able to communicate well over phone and email, well organised and ability to work in a face paced environment.

Interviews will be held next week.
