FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Assistant based in Elgin, Moray on a Permanent, Full Time basis.

Main duties include:

Reconciliation of transactional data from across the business, cross checking with invoices
Investigate any discrepancies, ascertain root cause and correct accordingly
Input high volumes of data into Accounting and ERP systems, maintaining accuracy
Support with any reporting or auditing requests when required
Assisting the wider Finance team with daily, monthly and quarterly processing duties as required

Suitable candidates should have the following:

Demonstrable experience in a busy Finance team
Meticulous approach, with a very keen attention to detail
Strong Excel and data management skills
Willingness to challenge data that doesn’t add up, and work cooperatively to resolve issues
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and against time constraints
Ability to work on own initiative
Desire to learn and develop

Candidates should be based locally to Elgin, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
